About the ISLRTC
Indian Sign Language Research and Training Centre (ISLRTC) is an autonomous organization established under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, (Registration Number S/1440/2016), under the aegis of Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) under Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, New Delhi. It was established on 28th September 2015.
